I have been practicing yoga since 2007 and received my 200 hour teaching certification from the Sivananda center in India in 2014. Attracted first to yoga by the physical exercise, I quickly noticed how my practice on the mat began to inform the rest of my life, welcoming both the balance and steadiness it brought in this hectic and transient city. I am eager to share my journey, focused on preserving health and wellness. My Hatha classes emphasize full, yogic breathing, pranayama and a gentle approach to the basic asanas.
